What exactly is “fractional” legal counsel?

You get a qualified solicitor embedded for a fixed block of hours per month. Someone who knows your business and understands your strategy without being on payroll.

Do unused hours roll over?

This can be negotated upon contracting.

Can we switch tiers as we grow?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade with as little as 30 days’ notice so support scales with deal-flow (Depending on availability). Packages can also be bespoke.

What if we need litigation support?

We can deal with low-level disputes before they get to court but due to litigation being a reserved activity we'd need to coordinate with specialist firms on your behalf. We can manage the process and keep it on track.
